Not getting enough sex? Well, you are not alone. A major chunk of men feel that their sex life has taken a serious beating. You can blame it on weight gain or technology overload (stop texting now) in the bedroom. But along with these reasons, there are a slew of other reasons that are restricting you from getting between the sheets and this is how to deal with them:
1) Self Depreciation

There is a myth that you have to look a certain way to get laid. But the reality is - you don't have to. Many men refrain from rocking the bed just because they think they are over weight, under weight or just not in the best of shape. This leads to a vicious cycle of self depreciation. It's always better to ask your partner what she likes about your body, as her positive compliments can boost you up. Not to mention, you should not undermine the need to work out, which is an ultimate sex drive booster.
2) Depression And Isolation

When you're feeling down in the dumps, desire can take a big hit. Men tend to isolate themselves during a bad phase to save them social embarrassment. This isolation leads to depression and finally a crashing sex life. It is important to understand that bad times are momentary and soon there will be sunshine, and that it should not derail your sex life. If need be, consult a psychotherapist. Work out is also a great stress buster.
3) Excessive Masturbation

No doubt masturbation is a healthy activity and indulging in it every once in a while is completely normal. But excessive masturbation can ruin your actual sex life as masturbation is addictive. Once you are habitual of satisfying yourself by masturbating, real sex doesn't seem that interesting, hence taking a toll on your sex life. Try to keep a check on your habit and don't bail out on any chance you get to have sex.
4) Hectic Work Life

Everybody is well aware of how a hectic work schedule can ruin our personal life and, worse still, our sex lives. Extended office hours, commuting to work and pressure to perform better usually leads to an ignored sex life. It's always better to judicially divide your time between work and leisure. Remember: you work to live not live to work.
5) Porn Addiction

A lot of women complain that their partners are not interested in real time action because they are too addicted to porn. Ever since porn has flooded the internet, sex lives of numerous men have taken a nose dive. Try spending the time you spend watching porn with your partner instead and you would notice the change.
